This 45 minute train journey gives a guided 9km (5 ½ mile) tour out across a working environment, a cutaway area of preserved peatlands showing 12,000 years of history, heritage and archaeology.
Opening Hours (2006)
April, May and September: Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm (tours run on the hour)
May, June, July, August - 7 days a week 10am to 5pm tours run on the hour
Please phone ahead to check opening hours as train can sometimes be booked out with groups.
